We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was superb, right in the heart of the city and close to everything we wanted to see and do. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They provided excellent room service, dry cleaning, and laundry services. We were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink upon arrival and our room had all the amenities we needed, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a fully stocked mini-bar. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep and the terrace offered a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the view. The hotel also provided free toiletries, an electric kettle, and a television with a flat-screen TV.
We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. The quality of service, the comfortable and well-appointed rooms, and the convenient location make it the perfect choice for a stay in this busy city.

Alba Ankara Hotel is the best boutique spa hotel I've ever stayed at--convenient to stores, cafes and restaurants, great hamam and massage, great breakfast and dinner, internet access in room, great service, friendly staff. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Ankara.
It would have been nice to have wireless connection in my room but I was able to access the internet with a cable.

The hotel is centrally located, with great proximity to the city center and Kizilay business district, making it an ideal choice for morning-school and business meetings. the rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet, providing a relaxing atmosphere for a good night's rest. the staff was friendly and welcoming, providing efficient service and making guests feel at home. the scrambled eggs, according to one reviewer, were a breakfast highlight, and the minibar was well-stocked, offering a variety of drinks and snacks.
One reviewer mentioned that parking was difficult, so it may be best to arrive by taxi.

The spa facilities are fantastic, including the hammam and gymnasium. Very clean and in great condition. The breakfast offering has great variety and taste.
The staff member that takes you to the team is great but can go that extra step and show them the spa, sauna and gym facilities to guest as it would be a great offering. I think a hotel of the size and class will need to open the gym facilities much earlier than 1pm. I have alway had the opportunity to have a workout before breakfast.

Friendly staff, central location, good breakfast, nice hamam. Great value
No English or German spoken by 90 % of staff, a real problem for my stay. Internet very unstable and sometimes unavailable.

It is a good hotel with nice facilities. The staff was professional and spoke good English.
The restaurant is a bit austere, not a good ambiance for a cozy dinner. The food is good however.

During my xmas stay, I appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, which was right in the midst of restaurants and shops. the staff was friendly and accommodating throughout my time there. The breakfast was also decent, providing a good variety of tasty options.
I was deeply disappointed by the overwhelming tobacco smoke smell that permeated throughout the hotel. It was uncomfortable and even contributed to worsening my allergies during my stay.

The lack of information for foreign tourists. The hotel coudn't offer a city map nor any information about tourist attractions. WIFI didn't work in the room, but was restored the following day in response to my complaint. Except a couple, the staff, though very friendly and kind, couldn't speak enough English to handle queries. One of them admitted that the hotel was for Turkish people mainly. If so, that should have been mentioned on their website.
